Animal suffering vs human freedom
Stranger: i wouldn't call it a tantrum but rather a reduction of unecessary suffering in the world
Stranger: which i think everyone agrees is better
Stranger: i'm free to do whatever i want but that doesn't make those actions moral
You: but you are. you are doing your part by giving up that pleasure in life. you have done as much as you could. the issue comes when trying to impose those "morals" on others. you sound like religious people trying to chastizie gays beased on ther moral system
Stranger: i'm just trying to understand your justification for harming animals for the sake of your taste pleasure
You: it is not for the taste of pleasure that is the straw man you build a few comments ago. my rock is freedom I don't believe in concentrating the power to make into a reality something as absurd as veganism in society.
Stranger: should you also be granted the freedom to murder people
Stranger: should everyone be granted freedom to do whatever they want
You: we have that freedom....
Stranger: not really
