Stranger: And then when you find out they are, you complain about it.
You: I think that is the most important disconnect. It is not about the reward. it is about ownership of the asset. Giving up the ownership of the asset would take away the incentive a lot of creative people need in order to sacrifice their life in the pursue of enormous wealth.
Stranger: Counter point. Most creative people have to spend all their energy and time working under someone else, and don't have time to work on and advance their own personal works. And a co-op affords most employees more time and money to develop their skills and own products.
Stranger: You assumption works under the idea that only people that own things are skilled or have any want to create.
Stranger: But that's not reality.
You: well I would love to work on someone else company and own part of it when I got there once it was all set up... but my point has always been about the creation of the means of production not the time after.
Stranger: I don't really know how you expect people to have time to innovate when they spend all their time and labor on someone else?
You: I think if we are talking to fundamentals, your ideology still doesn't' utilizes human greed in a positive way.
