Stranger: that is, to create meaning from nothing
Stranger: and I must add that this 'meaning' is quite different from 'purpose'
Stranger: purpose is the notion of living "for" something
You: sounds reasonable
Stranger: one's purpose can be "helping others"
Stranger: as an example
Stranger: meaning is quite different
Stranger: meaning is the absolute lack of purpose
Stranger: it's the concept of living for the sake of life alone
Stranger: paradoxically enough, the answer to the question 'what is the meaning of life?' can be answered by the existentialist thus: 'to live'
