You: how do you incentive creativity?
You: better still how you will against capitalism for incentive?

Stranger: What are you saying? People will do what they enjoy unless there is a need for something otherwise
You: yes but to create a big enterprise it requires lots of hard work. and to be creative you require even more work. capitalism offers freedom and wealth for the creators of the means of production. how would you incentive entrepreneurs and creators of the means of production to stay in your society?
