You: like you mean the business owners should be regulated or the inner workings of the business should be regulated? or maybe both?

Stranger: For example, ensuring a decent pay in proportion to the profits of the operation, decent conditions for the employees, the safety of products, preventing predatory tactics and providing aid to people at the bottom
You: giving the difficulty of building the means of production, how would you stop the decrease of people willing to invest time and money when the reward for creating the means of production is removed from society?
