You: I think it is completely dangerous to try to govern on what a person thinks people priorities should be. I am sorry that is a very individual thing and what everyone priorities are going to be different. You want to establish control by dictating the priorities of people just by looking at statistics and pointing out that is what most people are doing so that is what they must want.
