Market oriented theory


Stranger: The reason that our species thrived in the wilderness and were able to extinguish most of the megafauna on the planet with sharpened sticks and knapped stones was because people formed communities and acted in an organized fashion to survive
Stranger: There are many animals that act socially, bees, wolves, species of rats, ants, termites
You: I agree and we have learned that when we concentrate the power like you want in kinds, tyrants, dictators all claiming to be better for the community it all ends up in bloodshed and tears.
Stranger: These social strategies are extremely effective for granting these particular species survival advantages
Stranger: If you agree we are social species then appealing to individualism is a contradiction
You: right so the one that has take over the world is the individual driven society with a free market and capitalism as the economic engine. now how exactly you offer is better?
Stranger: We are not simply individualistic, we are communal as well, both have to be considered when thinking about our species.
You: yes and capitalism is the system that uses both the individual traits of humans and society.
You: it is forced altruism
Stranger: I offer a society where children aren't used and discarded by industry, where firms don't generate cancerous material and tell you it's safe to ingest it, where industrial pollution is considered a vice and micro/nano plastics don't feminize boys from developing
