Lobbying is stopping small business growth
You: yes you always do with business, you know when you don't have a choice is the government. the one you want to promote....
Stranger: Can't even get a job really without a phone.
Stranger: Even your business is reliant on property owners.
Stranger: And that's really a major issue right there.
You: why?
Stranger: Because they drive up the rates and basically get paid just for owning the land,
Stranger: conspire to buy up all the property in an area as well
You: so why don't you own land then?
Stranger: Because there won't be any land to buy pretty soon.
Stranger: Heck most people now are renters.
