Stranger: libertarian socialism n. A political doctrine that promotes decentralized collectivism as a means of maximizing individual freedom and minimizing the power of the state and of concentrated private wealth.
You: right that is why I gave you the difinition of oxymoron. you can't make people agree as individuals to come together to work as a whole.
