You: democracy like form or government or just the voting system?

Stranger: The form of government as in, having an elected parliament

Stranger: Democracy in that sense

Stranger: Preferably constitutional

You: right but should the decisions of the country be based on majority?

You: that would be democracy as a form of gov.

Stranger: I mean, I guess?

You: mob rules sounds a bit barbaric
