Stranger: There are features of market exchange that don't optimize to social well-being... building a nuclear reactor for providing regional or municipal power for example
Stranger: The RoI is way too long for most investors so it's often required to be funded by governmental bodies

Stranger: Capitalism is itself government intervention
Stranger: There is never any ideal configuration, these things work and don't work based on technology or culture at the present moment
Stranger: We can't simply take a system and graft it everywhere on the surface of the planet and obtain ideal outcomes
