You: since you need to enforce these "laws" of yourse then you will have to create the police and militar force to subjugate your populations. what if next election someone like trump comes into power and uses the same power to let's say ban gay marriage?

Stranger: There would be no need for the military force to police the general population because the main issue are the current factories like Pepsi and Coca Cola who do lots of polluting and great lots of plastic
Stranger: Once the factory is gone and no more plastic is being formed, no person has access to the plastic to pollute with, at least no substantial amount
You: well you still need to create the force to take thsoe companies down and then keep everyone from not taking their place
