Stranger: they could consume something that didn't involve suffering

Stranger: like a plant

You: why?

Stranger: because the reduction of suffering is preferable

Stranger: all being wish to avoid it

Stranger: beings*

You: I don't mind the suffering of cows for the consumption for humans.

Stranger: what if the suffering of the cow outweighs the pleasure a human gets from consuming the cow

You: it is not about waht I get in return. it is about freedom.
