Lobbying is stopping small business growth
You: no that is what they had to turn themselves into to survive
You: china had to turn into capitalism run by the state, hence the name. they have an international capitalist front but they still implement lots of socialism/communism ideas internally

You: well I think that is what you are confused and why it sounds so good in paper. when they say the workers own, it means the state owns the means of production. unless you think every single workers is going to be the boss, there won't be no more workers to do the work.
Stranger: They won't be the boss but they will be the stakeholders.
You: right however little that may be stakeholders do not control the means of production. the board of directors does. aka the state
Stranger: You still will have manager roles but they won't be exploiting your labor for profit.
You: no they will only get corrupted play favorites and limit creativity and competition.
