Stranger: Or those efficiences ,maximizing profit, come at the cost of exploiting those at the bottom
You: I think you miss an important point that you often don't see. when you regulate business you set up obstacles for the low class to get a business themselves. if one has to pay expensive licenses and meet certain standards you cut the bottom steps of the ladder condemning all the poor people to no take advantage of the capitalistic system.
