Fair wages for workers.
You: well they are welcome to leave at any point and work for someone else.
Stranger: Workers need money to survive, and are living paycheck to paycheck
You: anyone who is not happy at work should find a new one. but to get the unhappy employees and say everyone is unhappy seems a bit disingenuous
Stranger: constant 5-10% unemployment creates the perfect environemnt for desperate workers to take whatever wage they can get
You: does your country has 10 percent unemployment?
Stranger: if we counted part time workers that wanted full time jobs, probably
